Terms of Use

Who Can Use BeSocialz

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be barred from using the service under any applicable law
• Not have been previously banned from BeSocialz

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet all these requirements.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current information when registering
• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that happens under your account
• Promptly notifying us at support@besocialz.com if your account is compromised

One person, one account. Don't impersonate others or create fake profiles.

How BeSocialz Works

BeSocialz helps you:

• Discover clubs and meetups in your city based on your interests
• Create your own meetups and clubs and invite others to join
• RSVP to events and chat with other members in-app
• Meet people offline at real-world events

The platform is a facilitator. You are responsible for what happens when you meet other users in person.

Meeting Other Users — Important Safety Notice

BeSocialz connects you with strangers for offline meetups. We do not perform background checks, identity verification, or criminal screening on users. You meet other users at your own risk.

Before meeting anyone in person:

• Verify event details and read other attendees' reviews where available
• Meet in public, well-populated venues, especially the first time
• Tell a friend or family member where you're going and when
• Don't share home address, financial info, or sensitive details early on
• Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave
• Don't consume excessive alcohol or substances at meetups

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or harm any other user
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content promoting violence
• Share sexual, pornographic, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Solicit, sell, or promote products/services without authorization
• Send unsolicited messages (spam)
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other accounts or our systems without permission
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or reporting to law enforcement.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile, photos, posts, comments, etc.). However, by posting on BeSocialz, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting BeSocialz.

You confirm that:

• You own or have permission for everything you post
• Your content doesn't infringe others' rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)
• Your content doesn't violate these Terms or any law

We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice.

Clubs, Meetups & Events

Organizers

If you create a club or meetup, you are the organizer. You are responsible for what happens at your event — venue safety, conduct of attendees, and any commitments you make to attendees.

Attendees

If you RSVP and attend an event, you do so at your own risk. Show up on time, respect the organizer and other attendees, and follow venue rules.

Cancellations

If you can't make it, cancel your RSVP promptly so the organizer knows. Repeatedly RSVPing and not showing up (no-shows) may lead to restrictions on your account.

Verified Badges & Paid Services

BeSocialz offers optional paid features such as account verification (Blue Tick, Gold Tick). Pricing is shown at the point of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Intellectual Property

The BeSocialz name, logo, app design, branding, and all platform content (except user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Nextgen BeSocialz Network Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or use our IP without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law — or if we reasonably believe you pose a safety risk to other users.

You may delete your account at any time via the app or by emailing us. Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BeSocialz is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BeSocialz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability in any matter is limited to the greater of (a) ₹1,000 INR or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for the conduct of other users, whether online or offline

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeSocialz, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, your conduct toward other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of BeSocialz will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support@besocialz.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via app or email. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
