Child Safety

Last updated: May 2026

BeSocialz is built for adults. We have a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and we have strict measures to keep minors off the platform and to protect children from harm.

01

Our Zero-Tolerance Commitment

  • Zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors
  • 18+ only platform. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Active monitoring using automated systems and human reviewers
  • Full cooperation with law enforcement and child safety organizations
  • Compliance with applicable Indian and international child protection laws
02

How We Prevent CSAE

Age Gating

Users must confirm they are 18+ during sign-up. Suspected underage accounts are reviewed and removed.

Content Detection

We use automated detection tools to scan for known CSAE patterns and hashes. Detected content is removed and reported to authorities.

Human Moderation

All reports involving minors are escalated to trained moderators and reviewed urgently.

Account Bans

Any account engaging in CSAE or grooming behavior is permanently banned. We retain records as required by law and cooperate with law enforcement.

03

Definitions

Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

Any content, communication, or behavior that sexualizes, abuses, or exploits a person under the age of 18 — including imagery, solicitation, grooming, or trafficking.

Grooming

Behavior intended to build a relationship with a minor with the goal of sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes attempts to contact minors, requests for inappropriate images, or efforts to meet a minor offline.

05

Cooperation with Authorities

BeSocialz cooperates fully with Indian law enforcement and international agencies. We report verified CSAE content to the relevant authorities including NCMEC where applicable, and we preserve evidence as required by law.
